Our promise to you
We really hope that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, sometimes things go wrong. Therefore If we have made a mistake with personalisation or there is a faulty product, we promise to put it right at no cost to you.
We ask that you please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong product. We will do our utmost to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Please note that unless there has been an error on our part or the item you purchased is defective or damaged, we cannot accept returns on personalised or bespoke items.
If you return an item, whether personalised or not, because of an error on our part, or because it is defective or damaged, we will happily refund your costs in returning it to us. The item(s) must be returned in the condition in which they were received, or as proof of the damage a photo must be sent to email@example.com within 30 days of delivery.
